Companies operate in a competitive, volatile and constantly changing environment.
To manage an organization is first and foremost to lead it towards the goal it has set for itself, by choosing the most favorable path and the one that suits its purpose best.
Our approach consists of assisting you in defining key success factors and redeploying the strategy at the operational level through three stages :
1. Strategic planning
Strategic planning is divided into two key stages :
Analysis of the economic and competitive environment through the SWOT method.
Strategic reflections of your company’s activities through setting the strategic goals arising from the key factors of success. Then, the analyzing of the envisaged scenarios and presenting the business plan.
2. Preparation of the Balanced scorecard - BSC
The main purpose of the Balanced Scorecard is to :
- Communicate the strategy.
- Focus on achieving key performance.
- Decide on global actions to undertake.
3. Strategic Maps
To measure the organization’s performance, it is essential to follow causal chains of value creation. Isolated indicators cannot capture the means by which improvements in intangibles and internal processes can lead to better performance outcomes. The links of the strategic maps highlight these transformations and the foundations of value creation.
